Xai Xai Beach Resort is positioned on the beach at Xai Xai and is set back against the dunes, thus there are lots of steps at the resort. The view is excellent from all units.

Our resort boasts a bar and restaurant. The restaurant prices are generally cheaper than SA prices and seafood is the obvious specialty and much cheaper than SA prices. Beers are cold and well priced. The swimming beach is 1km from our resort and we operate a game viewing vehicle to and from the beach every hour free of charge. We do have a swimming pool Fishing is excellent at Xai Xai, every boat charter catches fish on every launch so far, shore fishing is good at certain times of the year, especially from May to July, which is Kingfish time We have a supply shop at the resort and supply most basic groceries and curios, fishing tackle, bait, ice creams and all the normal items sold in a small general dealer shop.
